WHAT WE DO

We take small-scale tired or derelict commercial properties and convert them into residential units ready for rental, using permitted development conversion rights.

The development process transforms an unusable or unsuitable building into smart, safe homes for the local people of West Yorkshire, alleviating the shortage of suitable and affordable rental homes.

The end results of a project are usually up to ten units of flats or 1/2 bedroom houses, with an estimated gross development value of around £2 million.
