DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES
Martinville Developments are always on the lookout for properties to develop in our future pipeline.
We have certain requirements and criteria when assessing potential sites for development, and are privately funded with immediate funds available for the right sites that meet our needs.
We are open to opportunities involving the following criteria:
- Situated within the West Yorkshire areas of Leeds, Kirklees, Calderdale or Wakefield
- Sites with potential for residential and residential-led mixed use development
- Dwellings suitable for restoration or conversion with or without additional land for residential development
- Industrial units, such as warehouses, workshops, factories
- Commercial units such as office blocks, shops, retail, clinics, nurseries, gyms, cafes and restaurants
- Vacant or derelict buildings
- Joint ventures with existing site owners
